The Foundation for Educational Opportunity at West Iron County Schools is a fully incorporated, 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization, independent of West Iron County Public Schools. All gifts to the Foundation are exempt from a part of federal and state taxes as prescribed by current tax law.
